Terence Aistrup served his apprenticeship with the renowned Organ Builders Hill Norman and Beard during the 1950's and went on to become the Kent and East Sussex representative for them until 1971.

He then moved to Horncastle in Lincolnshire and set up on his own as TA Aistrup Organ Builder. Chris Hind joined Ted in 1981 and they continued to build up the tuning and maintenance business.

Sadly Ted died in 2001 and Chris carried on the business under the name of Aistrup and Hind Ltd. The company re located to lincoln soon after.In 2010 Reg Walker joined the Firm as an apprentice and is helping to carry on this great craft.
